Gardner Construction opened its office in Easton, MD in August of 2001 and has grown steadily and quickly built a reputation based upon integrity, quality and service to the customer. We believe that building relationships is fundamental to our continued success.
The principals of Gardner Construction LLC are Mike and Debbie Gardner. Mike is a second generation contractor with over 20 years of construction experience on projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Eastern Iowa and Chicago markets prior to the formation of Gardner Construction. Our projects come from the following markets: commercial, office, light industrial, manufacturing, marine, aviation, multi-family, mixed-use & retail. We operate in the Upper and Mid-Shore counties of: Kent, Queen Anne, Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester and Wicomico.
Gardner Construction utilizes conventional and pre-engineered building solutions for new construction and/or remodeling & expansion. We are an authorized builder for Varco Pruden Buildings, a world wide leader in the manufacture of pre-engineered low rise commercial steel building systems.
